Roles & Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and various recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess communication and suitability.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist the HR team in day-to-day hiring operations.
Learn and implement end-to-end recruitment processes.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Solid communication skills and a positive attitude.
Basic understanding of recruitment (training will be provided).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Genuine interest in building a career in HR/Talent Acquisition.
