Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Integration Developer

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Integration Developer with solid expertise in D365 Sales CRM, Azure integration services, APIs, and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 Sales CRM and external applications, databases, and enterprise platforms.
Build and manage Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and synchronization.
Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs using JSON, OAuth, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
Work with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Event Grid for real-time and batch integrations.
Work with Dataverse, CRM APIs, and D365 data models.
Develop SQL queries, data mappings, and transformation logic.




Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, CRM teams, architects, and downstream system teams.
Support Azure DevOps, CI/CD, deployments, and release management.
Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills
6+ years of experience in CRM integration development and support.
Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM.
Hands-on experience with Dataverse and CRM APIs.
Robust knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Azure Integration Services.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Swagger/OpenAPI.
Good knowledge of SQL and data transformation.
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
