Position: Business Development Executive

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000/month

What You’ll Do:
Research and identify potential clients in the UAE market
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels
Connect with decision-makers and introduce our services
Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline
Schedule meetings with potential clients
Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM/sales trackers
Work closely with the marketing and management teams
Contribute towards monthly lead generation and business development targets

What We’re Looking For:





Strong English communication skills

Confident and professional personality

Comfortable with calls, follow-ups, and client conversations

Basic understanding of sales and digital platforms

Good research and networking skills

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn

Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply

MBA/BBA/Marketing/Business graduates are preferred, but not mandatory.

No previous UAE sales experience required- we’re looking for potential, communication skills, and the hunger to grow.
