Own the monthly close — consolidated P&L;, store-wise performance dashboards, and working capital summary
Prepare monthly MIS packs for the founders and Board with transparent commentary on variances
Drive quarterly and annual financial reviews with actionable insights on unit economics




Manage the audit process (statutory, internal) and ensure timely completion
Prepare and submit investor reporting as per SHA obligations
Support the founders in due diligence processes, data room management, and financial Q&A; during fundraises
Ensure all ROC, GST, TDS, PF, PT, FSSAI-related filings are current and compliant
Maintain the cap table and be the internal point of contact for CCPS-related calculations and filings
Manage day-to-day cash flow across all stores, handle vendor
