Karat Foundry is a Jaipur jewellery manufacturer. We produce white-label jewellery for brands and clients, and sell our own fine jewellery direct to customers online and at exhibitions.
We're looking for someone to own the brand - build it, run it day to day, and build the team around it. This role sits closest to the founders.
What you'll own
Build the brand and run day-to-day operations across white-label and D2C
Own the D2C business - website, catalogue, pricing, campaigns and enquiries
Manage white-label client relationships from enquiry to delivery
Own the exhibition calendar and run each one end to end, including stock and in office sales
Grow the brand nationally, and into international markets as the business scales
Manage inventory and work with the workshop on what gets made, in what quantity,
at what price
Hire, build and guide the team, including sales
What we're looking for
Experience building or running a jewellery, luxury or fashion brand
A working understanding of fine jewellery - materials, craft, pricing, and how clients buy
Experience running exhibitions end to end, including stock handling and in office sales
Experience across online and offline retail
Comfort with both business clients and end customers
Awareness of national and international jewellery markets
Strong operational discipline, especially around inventory
The ability to think like an owner and decide without waiting to be told
