We are hiring experienced Sr. CAM / BAM professionals for a leading Life Insurance company under its Bancassurance channel.
The role involves working closely with banking teams to drive life insurance business, build robust relationships with bank stakeholders, generate and convert leads, and achieve business targets through the bank channel.
Roles & Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branches and banking teams to drive insurance business.
Work closely with Relationship Managers, Branch Managers and other bank stakeholders for lead generation and business development.
Identify opportunities within the bank's existing customer base and support cross-selling/up-selling of life insurance products.
Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through the Bancassurance channel.
Follow up on leads from initial enquiry through conversion and policy issuance.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Conduct regular meetings with bank teams to track leads, pipeline,
conversions and business performance.
Build robust relationships with key branch stakeholders to ensure consistent business generation.
Track sales performance and share regular business updates with the reporting manager.
Ensure all sales activities are carried out in line with company processes, compliance and regulatory guidelines.
For senior-level responsibilities, the role may also involve managing a larger branch portfolio, supporting team members and taking ownership of business targets.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of total work experience
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Life Insurance
Experience in Bancassurance / Bank Channel will be preferred
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Positive understanding of insurance sales and customer handling
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven setting
Pune-local candidates who can attend an in-person interview will be preferred
