Job Summary

Shankesh Jewellers Limited is looking for a Sales Operations & CRM Executive to support B2B sales operations through effective CRM management, sales coordination, order tracking, catalogue management, MIS reporting and cross-functional coordination.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Inside Sales or Sales Administration. Jewellery and B2B/wholesale industry experience will be preferred.

Qualification

B.Com. / equivalent bachelor’s degree

Skills

· Robust MS Excel and MIS reporting skills

· CRM and database management

· Robust coordination and follow-up abilities

· Positive communication and interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail and data accuracy

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

· Experience with JewelFlow Software will be preferred

Key Responsibilities





· Maintain CRM records, customer databases, sales pipelines and daily sales activities.

· Support the B2B sales team with enquiry tracking, customer follow-ups and sales coordination.

· Manage and update the digital B2B jewellery catalogue, including products, pricing and images.

· Coordinate orders from confirmation to dispatch with production, design, accounts and logistics teams.

· Prepare regular sales MIS reports covering sales, pipeline, pending orders and customer requirements.

· Ensure smooth communication, documentation and timely resolution of sales and order-related issues.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
