Telecalling
Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries, and provide information.
Update customer information in the database after every call.
Generate quality leads through various channels
Convert leads into sales
Develop customized proposals as per customer’s needs.
Follow core values of the company
Arranging field visit for solar installation
Carrying out necessary follow-ups after field visit.
