Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor civil construction and site-related activities.
Prepare and review site measurements, layouts, drawings, and project requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, labourers, architects, vendors, and other project teams.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor installation and execution of tiles, marble, sanitaryware, and other finishing works.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper execution of work.
Check material requirements, quantities, and usage at the site.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper site records.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed within the scheduled time.
Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the site.
Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams for project execution and customer requirements.
Handle measurements, BOQs, estimation, and basic quantity calculations.
Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.
