The Role
We’re looking for an energetic, sales-driven and proactive Sales Executive / CRM
Manager to drive birthday party bookings and manage customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp & social media leads Convert inbound enquiries into birthday party bookings Sell packages, negotiate & close deals
Maintain constant follow-ups until conversion
Build solid relationships with parents & drive repeat bookings
Maintain lead pipeline, customer records & booking details
Ensure an excellent customer experience from enquiry to celebration
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, CRM, hospitality, F&B;, retail or entertainment
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Strong follow-up and closing ability
Target-oriented and commercially driven
Energetic, organised and comfortable in a quick-paced environment Salary & Incentives₹30,000–₹60,000/month
Depending on last drawn salary & experience
+ Attractive performance-based incentives
Working
25 days/month | 5 monthly offs
