Sales Manager – Valves & Fittings Industry

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from the Valve, Fittings, Piping, or Industrial Flow-Control industry to lead sales activities, develop new business, and manage key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Generate current business through OEMs, distributors, dealers, EPCs, contractors, and industrial customers.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and key customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
Conduct regular market research to identify new customers, projects, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and technical teams for timely order execution.
Monitor sales pipeline, follow up on enquiries, and provide regular sales reports.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and company targets.




Handle customer requirements, technical queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and industry trends.

Candidate Profile
Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably in Valves & Fittings / Piping / Flow-Control industry.
Robust knowledge of industrial valves, pipe fittings, and related products.
Proven track record in B2B industrial sales and business development.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

Industry Preference: Strong preference will be given to candidates currently working in the Valve & Fittings industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
