In-Hand: ₹18,000 + Night Shift Allowance up to ₹3,000 + Incentives
Working Days: 5 Days | 2 Rotational Week-offs

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and chat.
Provide accurate and timely solutions.
Maintain customer service and quality standards.
Record and update customer interactions.
Follow company processes and guidelines.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Eligibility
Graduate freshers from the 2024, 2025 or 2026 batches.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Not Eligible: B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech, Diploma, Pharmacy/Pharma, LLB/LLM candidates.
