Works closely with others to plan space layout which includes furniture planning, elevations, MEP drawings,etc.
Assist and collaborate with seniors.
Producing design intent drawings and construction drawings for interior design.
Frequent site visits to align with the 2D drawings
Valuable communication skills
Ensuring efficiency and quality of designs
Maintaining accurate specification for each project
Outline client design objectives
Creating moodboards and client presentations
Project management skills
Fast worker is a plus
Maintaining systematic labelling of files
Handling design projects from concept to completion
Listening to feedbacks and improvise design
