Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing: Research, evaluate, and select suppliers to obtain the best value, quality, and delivery terms.
Order Management: Issue, monitor, and update purchase orders (POs) within ERP or MRP systems, ensuring timely delivery.
Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate with freight forwarders for inbound shipments, track deliveries, and manage documentation for customs and shipping.
Inventory Control: Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure materials are available to support production schedules.
Supplier Relations: Build and manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve supplier disputes or delivery errors.
Cost Analysis: Analyze spending patterns and implement cost-saving initiatives to meet budget requirements.
