Uniride Honda is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales performance, and manage the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the branch sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor sales performance, leads, conversions, and customer follow-ups.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate quality sales leads.
Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Guide, motivate, and develop the sales team to improve productivity.
Plan and execute local marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Service, and other departments.
Maintain robust relationships with customers and support customer retention.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Experience in the automobile industry/dealership will be an advantage.
Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of local market and sales development.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
