Material & Finish Specification: Select and document appropriate flooring, wall treatments, paint colors, and fixtures that align with the project's budget and aesthetic.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, electricians, and contractors to ensure design plans are structurally feasible and code-compliant.
Client & Vendor Collaboration: Participate in client meetings to present CAD layouts, incorporate design revisions, and coordinate with material vendors and suppliers.
Site Supervision & Revisions: Update drawing registers and modify schematics based on in office measurements, engineer feedback, or construction constraints.
