Job Responsibilities
Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Plan and execute social media content, Reels, Stories and promotional campaigns.
Manage Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Ads and optimize campaign performance.
Develop content ideas based on fashion, trends and competitor activities.
Support marketing activities for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and company website.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers and video editors.
Monitor engagement, traffic, conversions, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing, preferably in Fashion or E-Commerce.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Meta Ads and social media marketing.
Creative thinking and robust communication skills.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics and Canva is an advantage.
Ability to create engaging content and follow current social media trends.
Result-oriented and willing to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Candidates with proven experience in growing social media pages or generating e-commerce sales will be preferred.
