Job Description:
Handle incoming customer calls regarding HVAC and home appliance service requests.
Schedule and route service technicians efficiently.
Maintain customer database, update service status, and manage AMC renewals.
Perform basic billing tasks and follow up with customers for feedback.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Tamil (Basic English is an advantage).
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel and data entry.
Polite, organized, and capable of handling customer queries smoothly.
Minimum Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma.
Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
