Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on client job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support bulk hiring and BPO recruitment requirements.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
Pay: ₹10,280.93 - ₹42,090.97 per month
