We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with solid expertise in Selenium-based automation and API testing. The candidate should have hands-on experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks, along with good knowledge of Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java.
Build and enhance reusable test automation frameworks.
Perform API automation and validation using Rest Assured.
Test REST and SOAP APIs, including request/response and integration validations.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automated testing.
Analyze automation failures, identify defects, and support root-cause investigation.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
Maintain test cases, automation scripts, test data, and execution reports.
Required Experience
Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
Experience in designing or working with automation frameworks.
Robust hands-on experience with Rest Assured for API automation.
Good understanding of REST and SOAP web services.
Experience with CI/CD tools and automated test execution pipelines.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and automation best practices.
Positive analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Git/version-control tools.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Exposure to Maven/Gradle and test frameworks such as TestNG/JUnit.
