Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in Hindi.
Attend customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and potential customers.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Coordinate with the concerned team regarding customer requirements.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
Candidate Requirements
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused and positive attitude.
Positive telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
