Industry: Sheet Metal / Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily fabrication production activities.
Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
Monitor welding, grinding, assembly and fabrication operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Check component dimensions and fabrication quality.
Coordinate with Quality, Planning and Stores departments.
Monitor rejection, rework and material wastage.
Ensure proper use and handling of welding machines, tools and equipment.
Maintain daily production and manpower records.




Ensure proper material movement and work-flow on the shop floor.
Follow 5S, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
Knowledge of welding, grinding and assembly operations.
Ability to handle production manpower.
Basic knowledge of drawings and quality requirements.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
