Luno Spaces is a tech-forward architecture, construction, and real estate firm. We use immersive technologies (AR/VR) to give clients a virtual walkthrough of their premium residential and commercial spaces before they are built.

Lunospaces is looking for an estimator who can prepare accurate, practical quotations for residential, commercial, hospital, and interior projects.

Responsibilities - Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and client quotations from drawings and site measurements.
Work out material, labour, subcontractor, wastage, overhead, profit, and GST costs.
Obtain vendor quotations, compare rates, and maintain an updated rate database.
Check estimates against the approved scope and flag missing items or drawing discrepancies.





Track variations during execution and prepare revised estimates when the scope changes. Coordinate with designers, site supervisors, vendors, and contractors to verify quantities and specifications.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Experience estimating both civil works and interiors is preferred. Robust Excel skills and the ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Positive knowledge of local materials, construction methods, and Andhra Pradesh market rates. * Careful with quantities, explicit in communication, and able to meet quotation deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
