Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on problem-solving approaches.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
Positive To Have Skills: Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.
Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to analyze software behavior and performance.
Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interactions within business systems.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
This position is based at our Pune office.
