We are seeking a agile and results-driven Sr. Business Development Associate to promote and will be responsible for sales of CRM software solutions to Real Estate Builders & Developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital channels
Present and demonstrate CRM software solution to prospective Real estate & Developers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth on boarding
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
3 – 5 years of sales experience (preferably in software/ERP/CRM / Enterprise solutions)
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of CRM systems
Ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward terms
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of leads generated
Conversion rate
Revenue achieved vs. Target
Customer retention rate
Work Environment:
Office-based with Client's Office visits
It involves client meetings, demos, and presentations
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
