The Assistant Store Director will support the Store Director in managing overall store operations, sales performance, customer experience, inventory, and team management. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, achieving business targets, maintaining store standards, and supporting the team in delivering a high-quality customer experience.
– Support the Store Director across daily operations
– Lead the floor and team in their absence
– Oversee inventory and visual merchandising
– Support the team in closing high-value sales
– Ensure store compliance with brand and safety standards
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
