AP Operations & Leadership: Manage the end-to-end AP process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and expense reports.
Team Management: Supervise, train, and mentor AP staff, setting performance goals and KPIs (e.g., payment accuracy, discount capture).
Vendor Management: Build relationships, reconcile accounts, and resolve escalated vendor disputes.
Compliance & Controls: Enforce company policies and internal controls, ensuring compliance with tax regulations (e.g., 1099 reporting) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
Month-End Closing: Handle month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
Process Improvement: Utilize AP automation tools (e.g., ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Business Central) to increase accuracy and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years in accounts payable with previous supervisory or management experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
Systems Expertise: Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
