Work Timing: Night Shift

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Skills:
Should have In-depth knowledge in US-Healthcare provider process.
Experience in Migrating & Handling new Projects.
Basic knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools

Experience: Minimum 6 years experience in the US calling process.

Willing to work in any shift.
Must have min 4 years exp in Voice process
Must be a TC/TL or Specialist in team handling role.
Should have handled at least 25 people and should have valuable people management skills.

Job Responsibilities
Distribution of Workload to team members




Helping the team in handling & resolution of work-related problems, understanding & interpretation of
Issues and decision making.
Provide leadership and focus to the project teams. Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects
Escalate and follow up for resolution for all issues that affect work.
Learn and implement recent client systems. Co-ordinate and organize training for recent joinee as well as for existing members of the team based on the project's requirements.
Interaction with the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategies to meet the client's specific needs and expectations.
