Quality Control and Assurance:

Establishing and enforcing quality control processes: Setting standards and procedures to ensure garments meet quality requirements.

Conducting inspections and tests: Regularly inspecting garments at various stages of production to identify and address any quality issues.

Maintaining quality standards: Ensuring that all garments meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Addressing quality issues: Identifying and resolving quality problems promptly and effectively.

Implementing corrective actions: Taking steps to prevent future quality issues.

Production Planning:

Planning and coordinating production activities to meet deadlines and targets.

Production Scheduling:

Developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure effective workflow.

Resource Management:

Managing resources, including materials, equipment,



and personnel, effectively.

Production Monitoring:

Tracking production progress and identifying potential bottlenecks or issues.

Production Optimization:

Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.

Supervising and engaging production staff:

Providing guidance, training, and support to production team members.
