Source quotations, compare prices, quality, lead time, and payment terms.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing and suitable terms.
Raise and track purchase orders as per requirements.
Coordinate with production/design/accounts for material requirements and approvals.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve delays or quality issues.
Maintain updated vendor, quotation, purchase, and material records.
Explore current vendors and alternative sources to improve cost and availability.
Ensure required materials are available as per production/project timelines.
