Job Description:
Orion Edutech Private Limited is hiring a Sales Executive to manage and close candidates under our Hire & Train models. The role involves candidate engagement, follow-ups, explaining program/job opportunities, handling queries, and achieving successful candidate closures.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle and close candidates for Hire & Train programs.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into successful closures.
Explain program details, job opportunities, eligibility, and processes.
Maintain candidate data and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly conversion and closure targets.
Coordinate with the recruitment/training team for smooth candidate onboarding.

Requirements:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Sales/telecalling/recruitment experience preferred.
Target-oriented and comfortable with follow-ups.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹11,236.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
