Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer with experience in the Beverage/FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, managing distributors, and building strong customer relationships to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Appoint new distributors and expand market coverage.
Ensure product availability and visibility across assigned markets.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Conduct regular market visits and generate recent business opportunities.
Implement sales and promotional activities to increase product sales.
Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and customers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product supply.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Beverage or FMCG industry.
Robust knowledge of distributor management and channel sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
