Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding suitable academic programs, courses, and career prospects.
Understand students’ educational backgrounds, interests, goals, and requirements.
Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, admission processes, and career prospects.
Conduct counseling sessions through phone calls, online meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
Follow up with prospective students and guide them throughout the admission process.
Convert qualified leads into admissions by providing personalized counseling and addressing concerns.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Build strong and positive relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with academic advisors and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Achieve assigned counseling, follow-up, and admission targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in academic counselling, education sales, telecalling, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and active-listening skills.
Ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate educational options.
Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented approach.
Valuable follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
