Padmansha Technologies Pvt Ltd is one of the leading manufacturer, exporter of Digital Pump Controllers. We are looking to expand our team and want to hire Service Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and service digital pump controllers at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot controller, pump, wiring, and electrical issues.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
Test and repair controllers and identify faulty components where required.
Guide customers and technicians on proper installation, operation, and settings.
Understand pump applications and basic submersible/borewell pump systems.
Maintain service reports, complaint records, and service documentation.
Coordinate with Production and Technical teams for recurring technical issues and product improvements.
Travel to customer locations as required for installation and service.

Required Skills




Positive knowledge of electrical/electronics and control circuits.
Practical knowledge of digital pump controllers, contactors, relays, sensors, and protection devices.
Ability to read basic electrical wiring diagrams.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field service.

Candidate Profile
Diploma / BE in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
2–4 years of relevant experience in pump controllers, control panels, electrical/electronic products, or field service.

Pay: ₹27,500.00 - ₹33,500.00 per month
