Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor production plans as per customer orders and business requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, QA/QC and other departments for timely execution of production plans.
Monitor raw material and packaging material availability for production.
Maintain production schedules, inventory records and planning reports.
Track production progress and identify delays or shortages.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
Maintain accurate PPIC documentation and MIS reports.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely dispatch and order fulfillment.
Requirements:
Experience in PPIC / Production Planning in the Nutraceutical / Pharma preferred.
Positive knowledge of production planning, inventory control and material coordination.
Good Excel and MIS reporting skills.
Robust coordination and communication skills.
Candidates with relevant experience at a manufacturing plant will be preferred.
