Develop and modify CNC programs for VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining specifications.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.
Set up VMC machines and prove out programs.
Optimize CNC programs to improve cycle time, tool life, and machining accuracy.
Perform tool offset setting, work offset setting, and program corrections.
Troubleshoot machining and programming-related issues.
Ensure components are manufactured as per drawing and quality requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams for smooth production.
Maintain CNC programs and machining documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
