JOB TITLE : AREA SALES MANAGER
LOCATION : NANTHENCODE, TRIVANDRUM
Qualification : MBA / BBA/ Specialized in marketing or any related field
Exp : 2+ YRS of exp in sales or retail management
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales operations across assigned Cake World outlets/area.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
Develop customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
Monitor outlet performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure effective upselling, promotions, and customer service.
Requirements:
Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with valuable team-handling ability.
Experience in bakery, food & beverage, or retail is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
