Role Summary: Dressing, flush-grinding, and cleaning critical structural joints to ensure defect-free welds and prepare trailers for shot blasting and painting.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Flush-grinding weld seams on trailer bed plates, side walls, and outer frame surfaces.
•
Removing weld spatter, heavy scale, burrs, and sharp edges from laser/gas-cut parts.
•
Preparing bevel edges and cleaning joints between passes during heavy welding.
•
Operating 4-inch, 7-inch, and pneumatic die grinders safely to achieve smooth paint-ready surfaces.
Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 Years in heavy mechanical/trailer manufacturing plants. Thorough understanding of grinding wheel selection.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
