The ideal candidate should have expertise in Service Portal, UI Builder, Employee Center, custom widgets, AngularJS, and ServiceNow platform development.
The candidate will be responsible for developing responsive portal solutions, integrating third-party applications, enhancing user experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot portal-related issues and optimize performance.
Implement role-based access control and security best practices within ServiceNow portals.
