Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Good communication skills, maintain exceptional communication skills with absolute fluency in English.
Demonstrate a positive understanding of professional email etiquette and draft high-quality business emails.
Actively work on current sales leads by reaching out to prospective clients and providing product demonstrations.
Keep the sales pipeline healthy and consistently moving forward.
Conduct engaging, tailored product demonstrations for potential clients, understanding their business workflows to show how Moon Invoice solves their specific pain points.
Maintain a positive customer experience while coordinating seamlessly with internal teams to resolve any customer issues.
Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, call logs, emails,
and pipeline stages within the CRM system to ensure accurate sales forecasting and data-driven tracking.
Technical Requirements (If any specific)
Ability to understand technical terminology and perform basic software troubleshooting.v
Better if familiar with software sales. Plus if familiar with CRM tools
Coordinate effectively with the technical team regarding any customer-reported issues.
Strong multitasking skills with the explicit ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Should be valuable at generating sales and upselling to active customers
Ability to comfortably utilize video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and screen-sharing software to conduct smooth, professional live product demonstrations.
US shift: 6PM to 4AM
Shift duration: 9 Hours, 6 days a week. Rotational shift as per availability
