Job Requirements
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team on an immediate basis.
Eligibility:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Age: Up to 30 years
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
NBFC experience is mandatory
Hands-on experience in bulk recruitment / mass hiring
Strong knowledge of statutory HR compliances
Ability to manage HR activities across multiple branches
Willingness to travel to branches as required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Robust coordination and employee-handling skills
Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handle bulk recruitment and manpower requirements across multiple branches
Coordinate the complete recruitment and onboarding process
Manage branch-level HR activities and employee requirements
Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance-related activities
Coordinate attendance, employee records, documentation and HR reports
Address employee queries and support branch HR operations
Conduct branch visits and coordinate with branch teams
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
