Role Accountabilities :
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Maintaining the prospects, leads and follow up data within the CRM and other essential spreadsheets
Demonstrating and presenting products and services to the client.
Creating a positive brand image/ awareness in the minds of the new prospective clients.
Organizing meetings with prospective clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
Identify opportunities and present current products and services to existing clients.
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify lead profiles.
Enhance existing relationships by providing support, guidance and information through in house team.
Preparing proposal documents and sales deck and other essential presentations for pitch.
Contacting clients to inform them about current developments in the company’s products
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person towards closure and growing accounts.
Developing sales goals for the team and company and ensuring they are met
