Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our energetic healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, administering treatments, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent clinical judgment, solid communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and advocacy.Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
Administer medications, monitor intravenous (IV) lines, and perform wound care as ordered by physicians.
Monitor and record vital signs, medical histories, and changes in patient conditions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans,



discharge instructions, and disease management strategies.
Collaborate with doctors, specialists, therapists, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a safe and sterile workplace, strictly adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: GNM or BSC .
Experience: FRESHERS OR EXPERIANCE of clinical nursing experience preferred .
Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
