Job description:

Role Purpose: To act as the custodian of company culture, policy, discipline, performance management, hiring, employee relations, payroll governance, and compliance while protecting management bandwidth and ensuring fair, policy-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Drive end-to-end recruitment.
Build a talent pipeline for critical positions.
Ensure hiring timelines are met.
Improve quality of hires.
Maintain hiring tracker and hiring reports.
Performance Management
Implement and monitor KPI systems.
Conduct appraisal processes.
Ensure performance discussions are data-driven.
Align salary increments with KPI performance.
Manage improvement plans for low performers.
Employee Relations & Grievance Management
Handle grievances professionally.
Resolve issues within the defined SLA.
Prevent unnecessary founder escalations.




Conduct difficult employee conversations.
Manage disciplinary discussions.
HR Operations & Payroll Governance
Payroll accuracy.
Attendance monitoring.
Leave management.
Final settlement.
No due process.
Employee documentation.
Compliance & Policy Enforcement
Ensure policies are followed.
Conduct policy communication.
Maintain employee records.
Ensure legal and statutory compliance.
Drive disciplinary actions when required.
Culture & Leadership Support
Build accountability culture.
Support managers in employee management.
Coach managers on difficult conversations.
Reduce dependency on founders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
