Qualification & Experience:
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
4–7 years of relevant HR experience
Manufacturing/plant HR experience preferred (if applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
Conduct interviews and finalize candidates
Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding
