A telecaller contacts prospective or existing customers by phone to promote products, generate leads, or resolve support inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients using provided databases or lead lists.

Handle Inbound Queries: Answer incoming customer calls, address questions, and provide product details.

Pitch and Promote: Follow scripts while adapting to client responses to explain services or products.

Nurture Leads: Conduct scheduled follow-up calls and qualify prospects for the sales team.

Update Records: Log call outcomes, customer feedback, and contact details in a CRM or spreadsheet.

Meet Targets: Achieve daily and monthly goals for call volume, talk time, or conversions.
