Receiving and handling enquiries and contract related documents
Getting approval from the HOD for amendment in customer contracts
Taking customer feedback and conducting customer survey
Maintaining customer relations
Forecasting of customer orders
Give quotation to customers after approval from HOD and follow up after that
Maintain record of customer orders
Maintain list of all customers
Handle and maintain all documentation related to customer orders
Doing all the necessary groundwork before meeting the customer
Making presentations and other data to present to the customer
Maintaining excel sheets for various records
Sending email communication to the customer
Able to read engineering drawing & specification





Only Diploma/Degree holder in mechanical candidate can apply. or those who have past experience in Engineering or Manufacturing Industry.
