We are building a up-to-date backend and AI-driven automation team and are looking for a motivated fresher who wants to learn and grow in digital marketing and lead generation.

This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with the founder and learn how real B2B lead generation systems are built using automation tools.

Responsibilities:
Assist in LinkedIn outreach and connection building
Support cold email campaigns (data upload, follow-ups)
Collect and clean prospect data using tools
Maintain and update CRM records
Help manage outreach campaigns and track responses
Learn and work with automation tools (training will be provided)

Requirements:
Basic understanding of digital marketing (even theoretical is fine)
Good written English communication




Willingness to learn and experiment
Comfortable working with tools and spreadsheets
Self-driven attitude

Valuable to Have (Not Mandatory):
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or email marketing
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, ChatGPT, etc.
