Job Description:
We are seeking a Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee day-to-day construction activities. The candidate will ensure work is executed as per drawings, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with workers, contractors, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise in office construction work and labor
Interpret and execute work based on technical drawings
Monitor material usage and ensure quality control
Ensure adherence to safety standards and timelines
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
Solid communication and leadership skills
Team-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
