JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Call prospective customers from the leads provided by the company.
Understand the customer’s electricity consumption and solar requirements.
Explain rooftop solar systems, government subsidy, bank loan and company services.
Qualify interested leads and schedule meetings or site surveys for the sales team.
Regularly follow up with prospective customers until closure.
Record every call, customer response and follow-up date accurately in the CRM.
Share quotations and basic product information with customers.
Coordinate with field sales, technical and bank loan teams.
Achieve monthly calling, qualified-lead and sales-conversion targets.
Maintain professional and transparent communication with customers.





REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Graduate: BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Sc or equivalent.
Fresher candidates with valuable communication skills may apply.
Positive Hindi communication is essential; basic English is desirable.
Basic computer, Excel and CRM knowledge will be preferred.
Candidate should be confident, polite and comfortable speaking with customers.
Strong follow-up ability and target-oriented attitude are required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
